Universal Spedisjon • Fakta • Beliggenhet: Regnbuen Næringspark Langhus, Ski • Byggherre: Universal Spedisjon AS • Kontraktstype: Totalentreprise • Kontraktssum: ca. 22 MNOK • Byggetid: desember 2006 - 2007 Betonmast Bygg er i gang med å bygge ny spedisjonsbygg, lagerhotell og et administrasjonsbygg på Langhus i Ski kommune. Administrasjonsbygget vil være på ca. 1100 m2 i to etasjer. Det er dimensjonert for 50 arbeidsplasser, hvorav 35 i landskap. Spedisjonshallen på ca. 2800 m2 skal være minimum 80 m lang og 35 m bred, og det skal være et spend på 35 m som er fritt for søyler. Lagerhotellet vil være på ca. 2140 m2
