UST Cleanup Fund Program Statistics - July 2011 Overview

As of July 31, 2011, the UST Cleanup Fund Program reported significant activity in managing underground storage tank claims. A total of 15,714 applications were approved and 12,460 compliance reviews completed. There are currently 3,620 active claims, with 4,662 on the priority list. The program issued 11,071 letters of credit and closed 7,451 claims. Claims received from fiscal years 1991 to 2012 show substantial engagement and support for UST cleanup efforts statewide.
