TC de tórax con CIV: persistencia de la FBP tras la primera Qx (flecha blanca en A) y consolidaciones de nueva aparición en el LSI (círculos; véase fig. 14 para comparación), probablemente secundarias a la aspiración del líquido pleural. Se reinterviene dos veces, con corrección de la FBP con hueso de pala iliaca: imagen de calcificación intrabronquial (flecha amarilla en E), no presente en el TC previo (C); se realizo intervención de Clagett en la tercera Qx (D) en este mesotelioma recidivado (flecha azul). 12/03/09 (TC tras la 3ª Qx).
