  3. Action in Home ec. class Students investigated what is “glögi” and how you can make it Glögiis usually made from red berry juice and Christmas spices (ginger, cinnamon, clove and cardamom). Students created their own recipe for glögi Then planed what to serve with glögi, something small salty and sweet and easy to make. They created their own recipe for cheese horns and used traditional recipes for gingerbreads and chocolate candies.

  9. Conclusions Teamwork between all four subjects was fluent. But as we do these projects in our own classrooms the students didn’t always realized that we all were working on the same project.

  10. Conclusions All students were very interested on creating and learning by doing. All kept their interest in the long project. In long project, not all students are present every time and don’t get full picture.

  11. Conclusions This kind of cooperation will continue in the future. Big plans for next display
