  2. Data Collaboration – NC AtD • Guilford, Wayne, Martin, Durham, NCCCS • Three new data workgroups: • Data Collection • Student Success • Longitudinal Tracking (technology solutions) • Convergence of several initiatives • Martin requests additional assistance

  3. Colleague CIS Conversion • Wayne & Guilford already on Colleague • Durham & Martin go live Fall 2007 • Analyzing Wayne and Guilford’s data retrieval approaches • 23 Group program available • Local modifications needed

  4. Transfer Data • Unit record data issue in NC • National Student Clearinghouse • Now free to AtD colleges • Add transfer data to AtD submissions • Enhance student outcomes reporting for our entire college • Clearinghouse signup/procedures in process
