  1. Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide: An overview June Enterprises

  2. Basic Information In a controlled environment, vapour hydrogen peroxide plays the role of a substance that eliminates all forms of microbial life, vegetative bacteria, fungi, viruses, etc. VHP Sterilization is an industrial setting conducted to sterilize heat-sensitive devices. VHP Sterilization, thus, is considered to be the new, upcoming method for sterilization and is highly recommended by health-care facilities for being non-toxic, low-temperature practice and an environmentally safe solution. June Enterprises explains below the process steps and application of VHP Sterilization.

  3. Basic Information PROCESS STEPS The liquid H2O2 filled inside gets converted into vapour. This converted vapour occupies the chamber and penetrates lumens by contacting all surfaces. Then, comes the major step which involves the conversion of the vapour occupied in the room back into its original form of oxygen and water. APPLICATION Our new low temperature sterilization system uses VHP to sterilize reusable metal and non-metal devices for health-care facilities. This system is compatible with a wide range of medical instruments and materials (e.g., polypropylene, brass, polyethylene). There are no toxic by-products because only water vapor and oxygen are produced.

  4. VHP Sterilization system supports biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing and related industries. It is specially developed as a solution of liquid H2O2 and water by generators specifically designed for this purpose.  • To know more Click Here
