  1. Either click on the “Resident Applicant Evaluations” tab under Secure Pages” on the Anesthesiology Home page or enter http://web.med.emory.edu/anesthesiology/Residents into your browser

  2. Your UserID is the first initial of your first name and your complete last name Your password is your Emory University employee ID number (if you don't know your EmplID, click the link to have your ID and password emailed to you. Fill in your Emory Healthcare email address on the form and submit. If you encounter any problems using this application, please contact Dr. Denson @ donald.denson@emory.edu or PIC 10118

  3. When you login, you will be taken to a page with four choices. BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE, please change your password if you wish. It is essential that you DO NOT change your password AFTER you have created any evaluations or they will not appear in your list. To change your password simply click the “Change my password” and enter and confirm your new password. When you submit your new password you will recive a confirmation message.

  4. To view a complete list of resident applicants click here If you receive the following error message at any time while you are using the application, please login again. “Element MM_USERNAME is undefined in SESSION”. This error simply means your browser has been inactive for more than ten minutes and your login has ‘timed out”.

  5. This is a complete list of residents for the 2008-2009 interview season. As more dates and applicants are entered, the list will appear in reverse chronological order. To complete an evaluation simply click on the record # of the applicant. As an example, I am using “Joe Applicant”.

  6. Give the applicant a score based on the 1-7 scale above Answer Yes or No to the four questions and provide your comments in the spaces provided. Click the submit button (ONLY ONCE). You will receive a confirmation message that your evaluation was recorded.

  7. To view a complete list of your evaluations click here

  8. To review a completed evaluation simply click on the record #

  9. After reviewing an evaluation you may make additions or changes ONLY by submitting your changes to Judy Rabern IN WRITING.
