  1. … affects 1 in 110 children AUTISM including me (once) … affects 1 in 70 boys

  2. At the age of two, the doctors diagnosed me so severely autistic that they recommended my parents institutionalize me, saying I would “never function in society.”

  3. God had a different plan for my life!

  4. He healed me … completely … two years after my first formal diagnosis.

  5. Today, my life is dedicated to praising and worshipping Him for His grace and miraculous healing.

  6. what He has done for me, He can do for you! My message to everyone here is this:

  7. If you’re putting your trust in other people, you’re looking in all the wrong places!

  8. A critical lesson is the fact that both of my parents were active church-goers during my illness … but God used the traumatic crisis of my illness to really humble them and draw them to Him. My dad took two jobs so my mom could stay home with me --- which isolated my mom even more, home alone with a screaming and violent baby. Every day, my mom found herself face down in the carpet, crying out to God to give her the strength to care for me that day without hurting me. Both my parents were saved after my diagnosis (before God healed me). So God used this “tragedy” for His glory!!! Then He healed me.

  9. But make no mistake: God is worthy to be praised regardless of whether He ever heals you (or someone you love). My parents came to salvation in Christ years before He ever blessed our family with my miraculous healing. Their faith and trust in Him was not contingent upon Him healing me. And even during those four difficult years, God’s grace and presence sustained my parents and gave them strength and courage to keep seeking Him.

  10. Today, I am 18 years old and write praise music to the Lord. I have written all the music here for His glory … … with only 1.5 years of piano lessons and no other formal musical training.

  11. “For this I will praise you, O LORD, among the nations, and sing praises to your name. -- II Samuel 22:50 Praise the LORD! How good to sing praises to our God! How delightful and how fitting! ---Psalm 147:1 It is good to praise the LORD and make music to your name, O Most High, ---Psalm 92:1b

  12. I want you to know that God loves you as much as He loves me and my family. He wants you to know and love Him as we have come to know and love Him. I cannot promise you the same kind of dramatic physical healing that He bestowed upon me , but I can assure you that your life will be enriched beyond your wildest dreams if you genuinely put your trust and faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and King. He will truly carry you through the tough times. The ball is in your court. If you’re like my parents, you’ll realize after taking a hard look at yourself that you are not as big and powerful as you thought and that you truly need the power and strength that comes only from Jesus. I encourage you to cry out to Him for help!

  13. If my witness has blessed you in any way, praise God! I have two opportunities to expand my witness and music ministry and will gratefully accept any donations you might like to make toward either/both expenses…

  14. The first is an opportunity to attend the Fine Arts Summer Academy in Nashville, TN (sponsored by The Annie Moses Band) this summer but I need sponsors to help me raise the final $750 toward that expense. The second is a $700 layaway balance due on a Kurzweil PCX3 workstation so that I can record the full orchestration of my compositions without them sounding “electronic” (as here).

  15. Payments to FASA can be sent directly to: Fine Arts Summer Academy c/o Annie Moses Band Post Office Box 2473 Brentwood, TN 37027 http://www.fineartssummeracademy.com/ Please note “for Brandon Owen” in the memo line.

  16. Payments for the Kurzweill PCX3 workstation can be made payable to: Pro Audio Star 49 Bogart StSuite 1GBrooklyn NY 11206 Please note “toward Brandon Owen’s layaway purchase” in the memo line.

  18. My parents served many years as Therapeutic Foster Parents and now seek to minister to hurting and broken families struggling to parent severely emotionally and behaviorally disturbed children, including those with Autism (as well as other diagnoses, including Reactive Attachment Disorder, Bi-polar, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADD/ADHD).
