  3. Implement the Model of Continuous Improvement Develop living, breathing PDSA/lesson plans that address students’ needs Participate actively in PLCs and focused teams Utilize technology to connect students with content ISS & SHS Expectations

World Cafe • World Cafe is a large group activity that provides a powerful space for learning community conversations to emerge • Its strength comes from the way that questions are framed and the opportunity for participants to move between tables and meet new people where new perspectives are exchanged • Ideas, questions and discussions can be captured at each table and shared out at the end of the activity

  5. Table Manners • Each host or hostess will review the table • norms which will help to guide the • conversation and provide a foundation • for each discussion: • Listen respectfully • Respect confidentiality • Actively participate • Be creative • Capture your ideas
