  5. Request for Information Planning for a possible procurement of a technical refresh on parts of existing Battalion Combat Training Center (STA-BAT). RFI only refers to: Exercise Communications System (ECS), Exercise Control System (EXCON) and Land Mines Instrumentation System (LMIS). The System Specification (SS) presents a vision for the total Gunnery and Tactical Engagement Training System (GTETS). The SS and OCD should also be covered in the RFI answers.
