Media Coordination (1/1) • Media must set-up at least one hour (earliest) to thirty minutes (latest) before the event. • Holding area for candidates who want to be interviewed by media which shall take place during the time the participants fill up the scorecard. • Media must tape participants who are filling out scorecards. • Area for live bloggers will be provided.

  5. Registration Procedure (1/3) • Greet the participant and introduce the forum • “Maligayangpagdatingposaatingunang Forum. Hetopoanginyong kit, saloobponiyan ay may makikitakayongmgapatakarannadapatsundin. Angunaponinyongdapatgawin ay ihulogang chip sakahonnginyongnapilingkandidatosakasalukuyan.” • Have participant, register by filling out: • Event Registration Form/Folder

Registration Procedure (2/3) • Forum kit to be placed on seats: • Candidate Profile (c/o COMELEC) • Candidate Scorecard (c/o HYLEAP) • Chip (to be given at entrance by usher) • Note: entourage of candidates will not be allowed to register for the event. They cannot participate in order to prevent planted questions. Double check against reservations made through the internet, email, facebook, calls, etc.

  8. Usher Guidelines • Ushers must be alert and make sure that after registration participants drop the chip in the boxes of the candidates; guide to the box. • No dropping of the chip; no entry. Abstain box is available for someone who hasn’t decided. • Guide participant to seats in front that are not reserved (if any). Reserved seats: Sectoral Reps and resource persons (MPDO, Engineering and PENRO); HYLEAP; audience. • Candidate staff/political staff have special seats; cannot participate. • Collect/tape/hide chip boxes 10 min. after
