Purpose, Benefits, and Key Process Steps • Purpose • To enable Managers the ability to manage their direct employees using self services applications via the NWBC client user interface • Benefits • Managers get to access and approve or reject timesheets and leave requests. • Using the NWBC client negates the need for a portal solution. • The user is allowed to see and update the necessary information.
