  2. What is it? • FERC ordered (March 24) development of 6th Sector for Governance • Part of RTO Compliance Filing • Including entities involved in: • Renewable energy • Distributed generation • Demand side management • Load response • Innovative technologies • Meeting regularly since April 8

  3. Meetings • Caucus group meets Wednesdays 9 – 11 a.m. • Meeting May 5th & 12th • Location:Mass Technology Collaborative offices in Westborough • phone conferencing available • Next NEPOOL RTO Governance WG meeting on May 14th
