  2. Ingredients: • 500 grams of flour • 200 grams of honey • 200 grams of castersugar • 120 grams of butter • 1 egg • fat to greasethe metal plate • 1 teaspoon of soda • 1 package of gingerbreadspices ( cinnamon, cardamon, clove and nutmeg )

  5. Step 1: 1. Kneadingdough on honey Boil the honey in a saucepan with sugar and spices, stirringitall the time. Letit cooloff, then mix with the flour sievedwith soda.Add the melted margarine and egguntil the dough isshiny. .

  6. Step 2: • 2.Trimming gingerbread Roll out thedoughto the thickness of 0,5 cm. Cut off smallpiecesfrom the gingerbread dough (using moulds or manually), form the shapeyoulike and bake about 10 minutes in the oven preheated to 150°C.
