AR Nametags with Stack a Ribbons! • All students who participate in the Accelerated Reader Program will receive their own professional nametag on a lanyard. • As you earn points, you will receive ribbons to add to your nametag. • How many ribbons can you earn? • Will you be an AR MVP or Allstar? • GO TEAM RES! Remember… • The Accelerated Reader program begins on September 3 and runs through April 19, 2014 of this school year. • Students may test from 8:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday. • The Accelerated Reader quiz list has been updated and is available on the RES website. Earning Points for AR: K-5 • 5 points = Winner Ribbon • 10 points = 10 point team Ribbon • 20 points = 20 point team Ribbon • 30 points = 30 point team / Allstar Ribbon • 40 points = 40 point team / MVP Ribbon • 45 points = My Brain Hurts Ribbon • 50 points = Excellence Ribbon Accelerated Reader RES 2013-14

  5. There’s More…. • All students who have earned 20 points by October 31, 2013will be invited to a meet-n-greet session with RHS football players. Hereyou can get autographs, enjoy refreshments, and spend some time with our RHS Blue Tornado football players! Accelerated Reader RES 2013-14

  6. End-of-the-Year Party! • You do not want to miss this! • Ask a friend who earned this event last year how much fun it was! • Stop by display case beside library to see pictures from May, 2013 AR Party! • Top two point earners from each class (must have earned at least 20 points to qualify) will earn the party.
