  3. Senior Rep Bonus • Within 30 days of submitting IBA: • 3 direct new associates. • Observes three life insurance training sales. • Submits one personal non-life sale. • Gets promoted to Sr. Rep. Gets a $500 bonus!

  4. District Leader Bonus • Within 60 days of submitting IBA: • 3 additional team new associates. • Observes three more life insurance training sales. • Submits one more personal non-life sale. • Gets promoted to District Leader. Gets another $500 bonus!

  5. Division Leader Bonus • Within 120 days of submitting IBA: • 3 additional team new associates. • Observes three more life insurance training sales. • Submits one more personal non-life sale. • Gets promoted to Division Leader. Gets a $1,000 bonus!
