  2. Action Plan • What is it? • A plan developed by students AND school liaisons/mentors about Project UNIFY initiatives you plan to implement. • Create an action plan for each P.U. initiative • Please make two copies: • one copy for us • One copy for your records

Action Plan • Who, What, Where, When, Why, How • Who will be involved? • What Project UNIFY initiative? • Where the activity will take place? • When the activity will take place? • Why is it important for your school to do this activity? • How are you going to make it happen? • What resources will you need? • How will you promote your event? • What group of students can help you with this project? • Do you need to notify administration?
