Note Items Appear Only When Items are in a Queue Current and future designations and hyperlink to access queue
Prior to any listing – One must ‘pull’ up the type of document – and for Whom…Or Select ALL An approver may have an ‘alias’ to approve for someone else (either routine or temporary)

Scroll Down-Bottom Portion of Screen Has MoreDetails – Along with the: Approve or Reject Buttons Buttons also appear on summary listing when items are “approve-able” or “reject-able”
Once Approved – The Items are no longer in the queue / list Notice the buttons on future Items are “gray-ed” out (you cannot click) – They are view-able but not yet in your queue.
Other Information Available for you. Check Status of Items – far right button to see where something ‘is’. Only the Approve or Reject Buttons/Actions will update the requests. Viewing status, details, and many other options are always available and wont change the items.
