  2. Summary • Kevin Dumouchel has been involved in the broadcasting, telecommunications and entertainment milieu for the past 18 years. A senior executive and pioneer of RDS and RIS within the CTV Specialty TV Group and Bell Globemedia, having accumulated a number of major accomplishments (i.e.: launching of new businesses, new business development and business management ). • Having previously evolved for more than 10 years as a finance and administration executive in the packaging industry for high end consumer goods with ( Lawson Packaging) and in the manufacturing sector producing component parts for the telecommunications industry in Canada and the USA (R & M Metal). He now is involved as a consultant and expert advisor in broadcasting and business development. He has produced numerous memoirs and reports on the broadcasting distribution of specialty TV as well as on new business development for TV networks and for the television distribution industry. As well, he has collaborated in the elaboration of memoirs on public policy questions concerning CRTC regulatory framework.
