Go to sandi.net/miramesa Select Staff – Technical Support. 1) Click Help Ticket Request. Click Enter New Support Request Depending on your computer, you may need to maximize this window if it does not do so automatically. Fill out the appropriate information. Select Submit.

  1. Go to sandi.net/miramesa • Select Staff – Technical Support

  2. 1) Click Help Ticket Request

  3. Click Enter New Support Request • Depending on your computer, you may need to maximize this window if it does not do so automatically

  4. Fill out the appropriate information. • Select Submit * Do NOT change these settings

  5. Your request has now been submitted. Your screen should look like this: • You can click the URL listed below to see that your ticket has been submitted. • Go to the next slide to learn how to check the status of your request.

  6. In order to view the status of your tech support request, Go to sandi.net/miramesa • Select Staff – Technical Support

  7. 1) Click Help Ticket Request

  8. Click To view the status of a request or the current to-do list • Depending on your computer, you may need to maximize this window if it does not do so automatically

  9. Requests are organized by the date / time submitted. • To locate your tech support request toggle down the page.

  10. Since my request was just entered, it is at the bottom of the list. • You can check on the status of your tech support request at any time.
