  3. Browse & • highlight .fsa files 3. Select “OK” 2. Select “Add Selected Files”

  4. 3. Select “Analyze” • Select “Map Marker 1000” • Select “Sizing Default – NPP” 4. Select “View”

  5. 2. Select “Edit Plot Settings” 1. Uncheck all boxes except blue.

  6. 1. Uncheck “Overlay Sizing Curve.” 2. Close window.

  7. Move arrow under “1000” • Drag magnifying glass left to “0”

  8. Select “Print”

  9. 1. Select “Adobe PDF” 2. Select “Preferences”

  10. Select “Landscape” • Select “OK”

  11. Press “ctrl p” or select “Print” in “File” menu.

  12. Select “OK” Select “Microsoft Office Document Image Writer” & “Current view”

  13. Select “Microsoft Office Document Image Writer” Select “Current view” Select “OK”

  14. Press “ctrl a” & “ctrl I” to select & copy image. Press “ctrl v” to paste image into Powerpoint file.

  15. Select “Sizing Table View” & “Edit Table Settings”

  16. Highlight 7-10 Select “Remove Selected”

  17. 3. Select “Apply” 4. Close window 1. Highlight 1 2. Select “Remove Selected”

  18. Select “Export”

  19. Open the “.txt” file. Press “ctrl a” & “ctrl c” To select & copy data.

  20. Press “ctrl v” to paste data into Excel file.

  21. Delete: “B”peaks < 21 bases.

  22. Delete: “B”peaks > 950 bases

  23. Delete: “G,” “Y” & “R” peaks

  24. Save Excel & Peak Scanner (“.pjc”) files in your folder.
