  8. Current Status • Beginning of 21st century focused on terrorism • Working our way out of the Middle East • More focused on Cybersecurity

  9. Analysis • The country is still standing, so we must be doing something right. • The approval rating of the government on national security is low • Focus more on cooperation? • Don’t go completely back to isolationism but maybe something similar?
