Making Life Better project in Reading, funded by the Department of Health, aims to address health inequalities through behavior change coaching. Volunteer coaches from Citizens Advice Bureau help clients set goals, access information, and develop action plans for sustainable behavior change. With a holistic approach and partnerships with other agencies, the project supports clients in achieving goals such as weight loss, healthy eating, stress reduction, and improved fitness, enhancing overall well-being in the community.
