Bacterial Transformation Teacher Preparation Materials Lists

  2. Materials List-Item 1(per group of students) • 1 aluminum foil packet containing 4 sterile paper clips that are large and smooth. The clips should be opened into a 90° angle and the small end bent to close it. Bacterial Transformation Teacher Preparation

  3. Materials List -Item 2(per group of students) • 1 aluminum foil packet containing 4 sterile paper clips that are small and smooth. Bend one end of each paper clip into a loop. Bacterial Transformation Teacher Preparation

  4. Materials List -Item 3(per group of students) • 2 microcentrifuge tubes (1.5 ml) containing 2 drops of sterile CaCl2 and labeled "CaCl2" • Place on ice in a refrigerator until ready to use. Bacterial Transformation Teacher Preparation
