  2. Aims • Network of : • Support • Services • Spaces • Maintain service level for those customers living with family carers • Support customers who live in accommodation based services to do more from home

  3. Investment Principle • Invest into : • Partner organisations • Universal services • Changing Places • Invest out of : • Leeds City Council • Segregated services • In 2011/12 new grant funding will create further opportunities equivalent to 48 places per day

  4. Timetable • January 2009 - Executive Board approval for Moorend • October 2010 - Moorend closed • November 2010 – Executive Board asked for detailed plans for SSE, WNW and ENE • September 2011 – Executive Board approve plans for SSE and WNW. Plans for ENE to follow • November 2011 – New third sector providers meet each other • January 2012 onwards - Mobilisation
