  2. Article Summation • Dr. Bob Goldszer / Brigham & Women’s ,Massachusetts General (Boston) • Problem: Way to much knowledge to absorb/ 10,000 diseases, 3,000 meds, 1,100 lab test, 400,000 articles

  3. Article Summation • Injuries due to errors: over 1 million, 98,000 deaths • Wasted tests: 1/3 no documented follow up, ½ are unnecessary, ½ prescriptions for heart conditions are inappropriate
