Statement of Purpose Strengthens the delivery of quality basic education by helping the Schools Divisions provide schools with conducive learning environment and ensure learner’s readiness through the timely mobilization and equitable distribution of sufficient resources, provision of technical assistance and building of strong partnership with stakeholders for increased support and resources for the effectiveand efficient implementation of sustainable special programs/projects and services.

  3. Accountability To support the delivery of basic education through (special) programs, projects, and the provision of needed resources to the Schools Divisions in order to create an environment conducive to learning and ensure learner readiness to learn through: School Health and Nutrition, Education Facilities, Programs and Services

  4. Performance Key Result Areas • Partners in education with MOA/MOU/Contracts • Localized policies/standards • for engaging ESS partners • Sustained relationships of partners for increased support to basic education

  5. Resource Management and Mobilization To ensure that resources, programs and services which respond to special needs of the division/region are implemented and ultimately contribute to the attainment of regional goals. To ensure that programs and projects of the region and schools divisions are supported through timely mobilization and equitable distribution of sufficient resources towards improvement in the delivery of quality basic education Alignment Partners and Donors resources investment to the situational analysis needs and context of the division and region supporting the REDP 5 DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - REGION XII - SOCCSKSARGEN
