Product Profile Spreadsheet Yellow Section • General contact and mailpiece information Blue Section • Technical information for each sample submitted • Please complete all fields • Spreadsheet has data validation feature on many fields to maintain as much consistency as possible
Sample Submittal / Test Observation Process • 500 sample pieces mailed to address provided • Addressing label on container is critical • If sending freight or on pallet, please placard all four sides with “Engineering Test Mail – DO NOT PROCESS” • HQ Engineering will support test schedule • If observation of test is desired, note that on the Product Profile spreadsheet. You will be contacted to confirm. • Testing schedule will be determined by: • Mail sample date availability • Engineer availability • Machine availability
Timeline of Events • Submit consolidated Product Profileby April 24 • Begin testing ASAP after April 24 • Testing complete by August • Proposed rules by Fall
