  4. Business-to-business (B2B) • Business to Business eCommerce is the most preferred eCommerce throughout the market. It has covered 80% of eCommerce business. It can be simply defined as eCommerce between companies.

  5. Business-to-Consumer (B2C) • Business to consumer can be understood easily by its name itself. It can be defined by commerce between companies and consumers, involves customers gathering information; purchasing physical goods or receiving products over an electronic network.

  6. Business-to-government (B2G) • B2G or business to government can be defined as commerce between any company and the public sector. It can refer like use of internet for procurement, licensing procedures, and other government-related activities.

  7. Consumer-to-consumer (C2C) • C2C or consumer to consumer is a part of e-governance. The objective of this model is to provide good and effective services to each citizen.

  8. Government to consumer (G2C) • G2C or Government to consumer is a part of e-governance. The objective of this model is to provide better and effective services to each citizen. The Government provides the following facilities to the citizens through the website. Information from all government departments, Different welfare schemes, Different application forms to be used by the citizens.
