  2. 2013 FM13 Summary Report 50% of 2013 Operational Net ($206.2K) Available for Spending in 2014: $103.1K

  3. 2013 Balance Sheet Available Net Worth as of FM-13: $5,921K Up to 3% * $5,921K = $177.6K available for new initiatives for 2015

  4. 2014 Approved Budget

  5. 2014 New Initiatives TC Outreach/Industry Outreach ($27.5K) - This initiative is to encourage and support TCs in holding meetings and events within their technical area. Part of this initiative is allocate to support events and opportunities to attract industry practitioners.; GOLD/Student/Senior Member Outreach($17.5K)- This initiative is to support events and networking opportunities at PELS major conferences. INTELEC WorkShop - Technical Thrust ($7.5K)- This is initiative will serve to support the planning of a second workshop related to disaster management. All proposed initiatives were reduced by TAB FinCom by 50%. Through forecasting we may be able to approve/support more activities in these areas in 2014.

  7. 2015 Budget Preparation • Dues rates for membership (higher grade and student) • Membership benefits (addition or elimination from benefits list) • Financial co-sponsors for each periodical • Technical co-sponsors for each periodical • Member pricing for subscriptions by media type: • Financial/technical sponsors member pricing • Financial/technical sponsors student member pricing by media type offered will automatically be calculated at 50% of the higher-grade prices. • All other sponsors member pricing by media type offered • Technical sponsors student member pricing by media type offered • Nonmember subscription pricing • New periodical media types offered • Number of issues for each of your publications
