Danang TT&L WG Based on the agenda, we had meetings mainly on SLH International Pilot Project, and DTI Project for two days with 9 members present; 3 Korea, 1 Iran, 1 Thailand, 2 Vietnam and 2 Japan. On SLH International Pilot Project; • It is confirmed that we will surely implement an international pilot project using UNCEFACT SLH standards in this coming one year. • Iran mentioned that they will try to take part of the project with 3 other new properties of Iran than 3 properties of Kish Free Zone Organization. The first group of this project is Korea, Thailand, Iran with KFZO, and Japan. Any new country is still welcome to participate when ready. • It is decided that the new website for this project will be created to make related information open to AFACT member countries. • Virtual meetings will also be held timely to develop the system in each participating country. • We discussed what to verify in the project and in which management structure we should proceed the project. • Business method for the real implementation was decided to be discussed among the members to encourage real implementation in the future. • In Thailand it is reported that rural areas have private houses for public lodging. These could be their SLHs. • The network of the project shown is as follows.

DTI Project and the Others On DTI (Destination Travel Information) Project; Discussed with Thailand new HoD, Mr. WanawitAhkupatra, to issue their letter of support and got an affirmative response with the condition for us to provide them with related documents. Korea presented their contemplated scope of the project and had a good discussion. They proposed DTI by classifying information based on the following 4 categories, though Category 4 will be taken care of in Category 1 and these will be studied in each country; Category 1: Destination information , Category 2: Waypoint information Category 3: Story telling information, Category 4: Amenity information for public facilities like police stations, public toilets, hospitals, and governmental offices) 4) Japanese stay programs were shown to the members, and they will be taken care of as a new working area of the group. On the new 3 year work plan; The drafted new 3 year work plan of the TT&L WG starting from the coming AFACT Plenary will be submitted to AFACT secretariat until the end of June for StCapproval.
