Understanding and Calculating Velocity: Class Agenda for September 26, 2012

In today's lesson, students will learn about the concept of velocity and how to calculate it using position vs. time graphs. The agenda includes a Bell Ringer activity to assess prior knowledge and encourage conceptual understanding. Students will complete a velocity handout for homework. The objectives are to describe velocity in their own words and understand both average and instantaneous velocity. Active participation is encouraged, with strict guidelines for raising hands when seeking help during the session.
