  2. Ingredients: • 1 kg plums without stones • 150 g grounded almonds • 200 g breadcrumbs • 150 g sugar • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • 50 g butter • 300 g flour • 200 g butter • 100 g sugar

  3. Method: • Prepare the base from • 300 g flour • 200 g butter • 100 g sugar • Knead the ingredients together and roll the dough to the size of the baking tin about 4 mm thick

  4. Cut the plums in halves and put them like roof tiles on the base Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and sugar

  5. Prepare the covering by mixing • - 150 g ground almonds • 200 g breadcrumbs • 150 g sugar • 1 teaspoon cinnamon • Add 2 tablespoons of apple juice and produce crumbles to cover the plums

  6. Cover the plums as shown and add small pieces of butter on top Bake for 60 minutes with 160°C Let the cake cool in the tin Serve with whipped cream
