  3. Structure of Review • June 18 • 9am ~1 hour at LANL • Overview of physics and timeline of review • Overview of operations • Site visit and lunch (4 hours including travel) • 2pm Resume talks at LANL • June 19 • Talks on future • Wrap-up • Meeting between Boyd, Whitmore, and Bowles Gus Sinnis

Milagro Talks • Geared on physics • Answer the questions • What are our capabilities? • What have we done to date • What do we lose if we turn Milagro off? • What do we gain with 2 more years of operations • Talks must be concise and to the point • 20 minutes is all you get and expect to be interrupted often Gus Sinnis

Milagro Talks • Overview and outline of review • Operations including daq system and data pipelining/online processing and analysis • Techniques talks • Background rejection: X2, AX4, pChi • Importance of outriggers (AX4) • High S/B data set (35%!!) • Energy Spectra • Convince them we can do it! • Based on distribution of signal in X2 space • If available – based on outriggers and event-by-event measurement Gus Sinnis
