  1. NEW CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY A proposal having opportunity to generate Rs 2,10,600 Cr. (US $468 Billion) the saving part only for construction Industry world wide every year “By Marketing New Construction Technology and issuing Licenses World Wide” for a technology which reduces the cost of construction by 36% (Patent Under Process) Mail.id ;suresh61chawla@gmail.com Innovation by- Suresh Chawla www.sureshchawla.com

  2. INDIA HAD IT ALL • Indian mythology : In Mahabharta, Vishvakrama created “ Dwarika” in one night for Lord Krishna when he fled Mathura for fear of Jarasandh Raksha to save brahmins. • When Pandvas were separated from Duryodhana the barren land of Indraprastha was converted in to their beautiful capital in unbelievable time frame. • It looked like an epic and dream to me before innovation of my technology, but having innovated the technology • “when i found out that on third day, 1000s of families can be settled in 1000sof units of houses made in R.C.C which would last 100 years with electricity, sanitation and water supply in place. • It looked no surprise to me that technology to create long lasting structures in no time was in deed prevail ant in olden times in India. • (This technology is reincarnation of same technology)

  3. NO BODY WILL EVER CONSTRUCT A HOUSE OR CARRY OUT ANY KIND OF R.C.C.CONSTRUCTIONS ON THIS EARTH USING PRESENT CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES, ONCE NEW CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY IS MADE PUBLIC • WHY : • 1) When a house owner or a builder who wants to build a house or a multistory building or a Fly -over will see one floor of his dream houses/building which is going to last 100 years is ready in one single day cast in situ &not prefabricated that too at 36% lower in cost 2)With all Columns, Beams and Walls including internal tiles/ external stone – cladding etc complete pending curing & painting only 3) With all doors& window duly painted with all Fittings and Glass in place in single day 4) With all concealed electric conduits, all fire fighting and heating pipes in place, with all concealed water supply - pipes, sanitary, plumbing pipes etc in place and for that matter all concealed items in place . 5) With all concealed electrical, T.V. telephone, fire-fighting, heating, air-conditioning and all other kinds of wirings in place in single day. 6) With inside walls ready for POP in 24 hours in one option or left for curing the interior walls as well as exterior as per the period required

  4. NEW TECHNOLOGY CONVERTS THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY INTO MOST SIMPLE PROCESS ON EARTH • 7) Not only that but scaffolding out side the building which is required for entire building & for entire construction period is not required in this technology and in its place scaffolding for only one floor of whole multistory building is required at one time • 8) Not only that but all ornamental exteriors, domes, chajjas, recesses, balconies etc can be in place & cost of construction can be reduced drastically • 9) Not only that but the owner does: not require to look for any labor be it a mason or a plumber or a carpenter, a painter or an electrician or even a single laborer at his site of construction. • 10) Not only that but the technology is so simple that from a villager constructing a single room to a Contractor constructing Fly-Overs, Bridges Dams. Drains, Columns for Mass Transportation ,Water Tanks, Man Hole Covers, and what not will use this technology to save on cost, enormous time . “The cost over run will be a thing of past” • 11) Not only that but the design of the house is by architect and structure designer and not prefabricated or mass construction

  5. NEW TECHNOLOGY CONVERTS THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY INTO MOST SIMPLE PROCESS ON EARTH • 12) Not only that but for a pre -designed house which will now be available on web sites and though albums in workshops round the corner provided by leading corporate houses who will adopt the technology as industry, the owners will not require Architects and Structural Designers and other Consultants also. . Why any one on this earth will ever think of making his house or carry out any kind of civil construction on this earth using present technologieswhen one can avail this technology at much reduced cost i.e. 36% lower than present construction cost as explained here after and in shortest possible time required for all kinds of constructions be it: “Buildings, Bridges, elevated corridors for transport, fly-over's, roads, drainage, dams, water tanks , man hole covers etc.

  6. SUPER FAST CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY INVENTOR : SURESH CHAWLA INNOVATION : NEW PROCESS APPLICATION: ALL RCC CONSTRUCTIONS A : ALL WOODEN CONSTRUCTIONS PROSPECTS: WORLDWIDE INVENTOR DESIRES : SALE/ SHARING OF REVENUE MARKETING: ISSUE OF LICENSE & SELLING TECH

  7. SUPER FAST CONSTRUCTION A revolution in construction industry is waiting to happen which will turn all present construction techniques upside down and obsolete

  8. DISPLAY OF TECHNOLOGY

  9. DISPLAY OF TECHNOLOGY. IF IT IS OK FOR ONE UNIT IS OK FOR MULTIPLE UNITS

  10. DISPLAY OF TECHNOLOGY IF IT IS OK FOR ONE UNIT IT IS SAME FOR MUTIPLE UNITS

  22. TECHNOLOGY Proposed Construction technology is using the same materials in a different process and IS NOT A PREFAB. It is cast at site in RCC using all existing construction codes and structural designs.

  23. APPLICATIONS THIS TECHNOLOGY MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO CONSTRUCT • PERSONALIZED HOUSES, BUILDINGS • FLY OVERS, BRIDGES, DAMS, HYDEL PROJECTS • FOOTPATHS, DRAINAGES, SEWAGE & MAN HOLES ETC. • WATER STORAGE TANKS AND TREATMENT PLANTS • NUCLEAR PLANTS • STRUCTURES FOR ELEAVTED MASS TRANSPORT SYSTEMS • ALL KINDS OF RCC CONSTRUCTIONS IN SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME AT ALMOST 25% LESS COST • THE TECHNOLOGY MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO CONSTUCT EVEN WOODEN HOUSES IN SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME WHILE FOLLOWING ALL CODES OF CONSTRUCTIONS OF DIFFERENT REGIONS APPLICABLE AS IN CASE OF USA AND ELSEWHEE IN THE WOLRD

  24. ADVANTAGES • Your Dream Houses, Multi-Story Buildings, Bridges, Flyovers and other Civil Structures made as per designs of your Architects, Structural Designers &Consultants in shortest possible time frame at lowest cost & with no cost over runs. Technology offers freedom to construct many floors at one time. • Don’t need to put up with Carpenters, Masons, Plumbers, Electricians, Workers and even Supervisors anymore. • More Earthquake resistant, longer life span constructions than brick work constructions which have 35 years of life where as R.C.C. Constructions have 100 years of life span at less cost as compared to present technologies. • No mass construction or similar designs as in prefabricated buildings. • The word delay for Mega Projects planned by Governments World wide will become “Past Tense” and cost over runs because of inflation and increase in cost of basic materials will become rare and projects planned by Governments will meet required “Schedules in Cost & Time Frames”

  25. ADVANTAGES OF USING THIS TECHNOLOGY • Lot of companies will benefit from this technology like Steel & Cement Manufacturers, Truck Mounted Concrete Pump Manufacturers, Cement Concrete Mixing Plant Manufacturers, Batching Plant Manufacturers and Building Material Manufacturers etc. due to sudden spurt in demand for basic materials and machinery once technology is made public. • Corporate will latch on to the technology to convert construction sector in to an industry & provide constructions on web sites & through their net work of work shops around the world to provide machine finished constructions & provide a respect to the sector by providing their trade name to Constructions. Corporate will not only provide their names to the trade but Technology will open one more opening for Architects Structural Designers and Consultants to provide innovative designs to Corporate who will conduct competitions to extract best designs and constructions world wide. • Companies taking long time to construct wooden houses in USA will benefit in time cost, labor and cost over runs by using our technology which is suitable for wooden constructions as well.

  48. MARKETING STRATEGY SUGGESTED • First of all we target big builders of all countries to sell the technology as well as to issue licenses to use the technology to get big chunk of money to begin with. • Second target could be one agency for each city of the world who could be made sole distributor for each city who in turn can appoint sub distributors for each locality to issue licenses to small workshop. • It will be for that distributor to monitor violations as fixed return can be fixed on each distributor. • For villages, we can fix district wise distributors for them to take care of each village or town in that district

  49. Marketing Diagram PROPOSED MARKETING STRATEGY Purchase/sale Of technology Issue of licenses Sole distributorship Monitor piracy

  50. BENEFITS TO ASSOCIATING COMPANY • There will be savings in construction cost to Company associating, if the company is in construction business • Company Associating with us will issue licenses for a license fee for the use of this technology • Considering the size of construction business the associating company can generate Billions by marketing new construction technology and issuing licenses
