Ingredients 2 serving 1. 100 gms​ paneer 2. 100 gms​ tomato 3. 50 gms​ onion 4. 3-4​ chillies 5. 20 gms​ ginger 6. 8-10​ cashews 7. 100-150 ml​ water 8. 1 tsp​ red chilli powder 9. 1 tsp​ turmeric powder 10.1 tsp​ salt 11.1 tsp​ kasuri methi 12.1 tsp​ Coriander powder 13.as required​ Whole spices (cardomom, red chilli, bay leaf, cloves) 14.2 tbsp​ butter 15.1 tbsp​ fresh cream 16.as required​ Coriander for garnishing Add ​some butter, whole spices (cardamom, cloves, bay leaf red chilli and add tomato, onion, green chilli and ginger to the pan. Add in the spices ​such ​as red chilli, turmeric, ​cilantro, ​Kasuri methi powder and salt and stir ​well. ​Add in some water and cook for 10-15 ​minutes. Once ​cooled ​down, grind to a smooth paste or purée to ​remove ​all the spices.
