  3. The leader of North Korea He is the ruler of North Korea. He controls the communistic-dictatorship of North Korea. He inherited the position from his father, when he died on July 8, 1994. All hail the mighty Kim Jong-Il!

  10. Prime Minister Chung Un-Chan Democracy is the best policy! He is the Prime Minister of South Korea. He is selected by the president to lead the government (sort of like a vice president). He also submits recommendations for Deputy Prime Ministers.
