Small Sparks is a small amount of funding which can be used to kick start, inject life or enhance community based services or activities which make a positive difference to adults within their local community Small Sparks may fund things like: Resources to set up a befriending service, a new exercise scheme, a volunteer scheme or do you have a new idea to get up and running!
