  2. Gugliemo Marconi • Gugliemo Marconi was born on April 25,1874. • He died on July 20, 1937.

  3. When it was invented? • The first radio was invented in 1895. • It was patented on June 2, 1896.

  4. All about the radio • Radio owes its development to two other inventions, the telegraph and the telephone, all three technologies are closely related. Radio technology began as "wireless telegraphy“. Radio can refer to either the electronic appliance that we listen with or the content listened to. However, it all started with the discovery of "radio waves" - electromagnetic waves that have the capacity to transmit music, speech, pictures and other data invisibly through the air. Many devices work by using electromagnetic waves including: radio, microwaves, cordless phones, remote controlled toys, television broadcasts, and more.

  5. The reason for the radio • It was needed to send messages across the seas during the industrial revolution. The way I changed things in the industrial revolution is where they didn’t have to drive all the way to see the person they had to give a message to.

  6. Newer version of the radio • Yes there is a newer version. It has more uses than one now . You can now listen to music and now you can also talk to people on them if you have the right radio.
