  2. Common Errors Overview • Not entering overall results / classification for learners on the award stage. • Additional Regular Learners • Duplicate ACCS learners / subject. • Invalid result codes • Invalid GPA • ACCS Learners – Results recorded in incorrect cell.

  3. Additional Learners on broadsheets

  4. Duplicate ACCS learners / subject. If registering an ACCS Learner on additional modules on the broadsheet, the extra result should be recorded alongside the learner’s existing record.

Invalid result codes Incorrect Codes MER11MER22 WDP EX AB Correct Codes MER1MER2 WDRW or WHLDPass EXE AS Mismatch of GPA to Classification An overall result (GPA and Classification) should only be entered for learners who are ready to present for a full Award The GPA should be calculated as per the guidelines contained in Assessment and Standards. BA (Hons) – H1 -3.25 (70%)
