GateKeepers • Unique Solutions for Unique Situations
Beyond the product Gatekeepers are: • Under valued as a tool for photography. • Low cost for both f-stop and customers. • An extremely small space when shipped. • Ideal for retail space. • Are compatible with other products on the market.
BUT… • Many other brands have started to push the same product but they have not yet made a strong marketing push to highlight the great range of GK’s. • Who ever does may end up inheriting this item as the original manufacturer. • GK’s should be known as a f-stop product. • There are unlimited ways to use them as demonstrated on the following pages. • We need to build a campaign around the usability of this simple, effective and affordable product.
Rear Panel Accessory • Secure Tripod, Snowboard or other photography accessories.
External Lid GK’s • Ideal for fastening of sleeping mats or other bulky light weight items to the lid. • Also suitable for climbing rope or jacket.
Base Panel • Ideal for adding external volume to the base of your pack. Secure tents and other cylinder shaped items. • Secure climbing crampons to underside of bag with the loops provided on most popular crampon bags.
Tripod Sling • Fasten your tripod and camera to a ‘GK-holster loop’ and shoulder’ security strap’ via 2 Large GK’s. • Attach one GK strap to waist belt MOLLE creating a quick release loop. Attach the other to the GK Loop under the Gel sleeve and or Hypalon straps. • Use one end of a GK Strap to create a loop wrapped around the Tripod column. See image. • Fasten GK belt strap around the tripod legs, click shoulder strap SR Buckle to tripod head. Adjust to users comfort. Optionally leave loop loose for less effort with the SR Buckle. • Can be used with one or two GK straps depending on user preference. • Amazing for low light photography while racing last light. • Can be used with legs completely extended and camera mounted.
Navin Chest Mount • Attach a Navin to the chest, rear or on an angle to give a natural reach.
Navin Sling • Use the Navin and 1 or 2 lens barrels to create a pack-less solution for events or climbing summits from a basecamp. • Secure 3 point fit. • Also mount as a sling. It can easily fit under a pack while wearing and Ideal for single lens missions from camp or just playing with your kids.
Quick Lid • Fasten your pack quickly for run and gun photography. • Use with the New Monster ICU or a combination with Small Shallow or Small Pro ICU placed on top on a Large of Medium ICU. • Use one or two GK’s, one end connects to the lid loop and one to the shoulder strap loop beneath the Gel Sleeve. • Now you can only use the GK’s SR Buckles to access your gear and no need for the zipper in wildlife settings. • Just before removing pack, unclick SR buckle, remove pack from back and have instant access your super tele-lens and mounted body.
Front Panel Vertical • GK’s can be mounted vertically for awkward shaped object needs. • Optionally for greater security use 2 more GK’s horizontally on rear GK loops for optimum security.
2 Packs? • Mount a second smaller backpack to your Larger f-stop pack via Gatekeepers. Mount empty or with lighter gear. Ideal for multiday base-camp missions. • Slide GK strap through handle to secure the top of a ‘GURU’ pack. Secure lower portion of GURU by the rear panel GK strap or belt. • This is a very common practice for multi day trips and encourages multi pack purchasing.
Ideas For The Future • Colored webbing GK’s kits: spruce up your pack with affordable color flare and function. • Branded SR Buckles: re-enforce the f-stop name. • 4 pack GK kits: More GK’s more function. • Let the world know they can’t live with out them!
