Hypotenuse = 26 ft Leg = 10 ft Right Triangle To find the length of the diagonal, I used the Pythagorean Theorem. I squared the sides that I knew. I subtracted the square of the leg from the square of the hypotenuse. I took the square root of the area to find the length of the pole. The pole is 24 feet.
