The IMPALA (Instant Mailing Procedure for Automated Lending Activities) project enhances document ordering and delivery in Belgium. It connects over 645 participating libraries nationwide, including various library types. The system facilitates the electronic delivery of books and articles, supports follow-up requests, and includes a centralized invoicing process for efficient management. It provides valuable statistical data for evaluating service quality. Access IMPALA services via the University of Antwerp's library network for streamlined document delivery.
