Jonah Lomu: A Rugby Legend and My Idol

Jonah Lomu, born on May 12, 1975, in Auckland, New Zealand, is a rugby icon whose impact transcends sports. The son of Semisi and Mele Lomu, Jonah attended Wesley College and went on to play for renowned teams like the Auckland Blues, Chiefs, Hurricanes, Counties Manukau, Wellington, North Harbor, and Cardiff Blues. He represented New Zealand in the Rugby World Cups of 1995 and 1999, and left a lasting legacy in the Tri-Nations from 1994 to 2007. His extraordinary talent and powerful presence on the field made him a living legend and my personal idol.
