  1. Changing an Advisee’s Catalog Term There may be instances when your advisees need a change in catalog term due to a program change or a significant change in degree requirements. Until now, the only way to make this change was to complete a Curriculum Add/Drop form and submit it to the Registrar’s office. While the paper-form option is still available, you now have the option of changing the catalog term electronically. It is important that you work closely with your advisee to discuss any change in catalog term, particularly to keep the advisee aware of the program requirements they must follow. To make a catalog term change, simply follow the step-by-step instructions on the following pages. Use the space bar on your keyboard to advance to the next page or use the Esc key to end the instructions at any time. Note: Please keep in mind that you will be changing live information, therefore it is suggested that you do not repeatedly change an individual’s catalog term.

Please note: Once a catalog term has been changed, the drop-down menu term will revert back to the first term the student became a degree-seeking undergraduate.
