  2. School day • Warning bell at 08.45 • Bell to start classes at 08.50 • 5 periods before lunch 13.15-13.55 • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 2 periods after lunch, school closes 15.35 • Thursday, Friday: 1 period after lunch, school closes 14.45 • Absence – call 01294 276659

  3. Uniform • Shoes – Black shoes – plain black trainers are acceptable • Black trousers or skirts • White polo shirt or white shirt with school tie • Royal blue jumper • School hoodies are available – to wear travelling to and from school, must have suitable clothing underneath • PE – suitable clothing – no football shirts

  5. Broad General Education • S1 classes last 18 months until Christmas S2 (IT replaces STEM after end of S1) • BGE continues until end of S3, more personalisation and choice in second half • Pupils will be able to study for at least 7 new National qualifications in S4
