Empowering Futures: The Importance of Literacy and Building Libraries for Underprivileged Schools

Over 1 billion adults globally are illiterate, with over 40% of the world's population lacking basic reading skills. A staggering 52% of all illiterate individuals reside in India and China. Many migrant schools in underprivileged countries, especially in China, lack sufficient books and access to educational resources. This initiative aims to raise awareness of the importance of literacy and the need for books in these schools. Join us to share stories, build libraries, and support efforts like Read-A-Thons to foster a love for reading and learning among children in need.
