  2. Democracia Forma de gobierno en la que el poder lo tiene el puebloy todos tienen derecho a votar.

  3. PARTICIPACIÓN DE PUEBLO Formal: votando en urnas por las elecciones. Ilegal: haces una manifestación expresando tus ideas.

  4. TIPOS DE DEMOCRACIA Directa: los ciudadanos eligen a quien quieren. Indirecta: unos representantes elegidos lo eligen en voz del pueblo.

  5. 1. P. Legislativo: son los representantes. Son los que elaboran las leyes y controlan al gobierno. 2. P. Ejecutivo: son el presidente y los ministros. Dirigen la administración (dinero, educación…) 3. P. Judicial: son los jueces. Encargados de la justicia. DIVISIÓN DE PODERES

  6. LA CONSTITUCIÓN Es la ley principal del estado. Y contiene: -Derecho a un voto. -No debes de ser juzgado sin tener pruebas. -El pueblo elige a los gobernantes mediante el voto. -El gobernante manda sobre el pueblo.
