  1. Mechanical – iTrack Training EMPLOYEES

  2. What is iTrack? • ITrak is a bid and bulletin system adopted by Union Pacific Railroad as a means for agreement personnel to bid on job vacancies. This is a web-based system and will be used by Mechanical, Engineering and Clerical employees to bid on current agreement job vacancies. • ITrak allows the employee to place their own bid on job vacancies. If a vacancy occurs and you would like to have that position, YOU must place your own bid. Local Chairman will no longer be able to place a bid for you as their access is a “view only”. Administrators will have the ability to place a bid for you ONLY when you are unable to do so yourself. (On vacation or having computer issues). • Employees will be able to place bids on job vacancies in various ways: • Via Union Pacific Home Page • Via your home computer (www.uprr.com) • IVR telephone system (1-877-206-0775)

  3. To access via a Union Pacific Home Page. Log in with your TCS User ID and Password. It is the employee’s responsibility to remember their password and monitor for expiration. Should the password be forgotten, expire, or you have difficulties getting into the system contact OSS at 544-5555 for assistance.
