What Does a Typical Conference Look Like? • Conference tickets range from $495-$695 • Events start with breakfast at 8:30 am and end at 1pm or 3pm • Guests are seated at roundtables to encourage socialization and networking • Each presentation is educational in nature • Each presentation is followed by a 10-15 minute networking break • The day consists of 2-5 presentations, each lasting 45 minutes • Each presentation is followed by an interactive question and answer session • There is a one hour lunch • At the conclusion of the event there is a reception

What Does a Typical Webinar Look Like? • All live webinars are FREE • Webinars are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from February through June, and from the end of August through December. • Each webinar is one hour long and is followed by a 20 minute, interactive question and answer session • Each webinar is educational in nature • Webinar access is simple through the internet • All live webinars have been accredited with PDU codes by the Project Management Institute • Registrants must answer detailed questions about company, job title, IT spend, and IT department size and must answer a survey at conclusion of webinar • Our webinars regularly produce up to 250-500 registrants with attendance levels between 50-60% .
